Pizza Chaffles

I cannot believe how GOOD these are!! You won't miss the crust AT ALL!!!

Low carb and you can change up the toppings for ENDLESS pizza goodness!! Yummy!!

Chaffle Crust

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup light mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 tsp Italian Herb blend

  • pinch garlic powder

Pizza Toppings

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup light mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 8 turkey pepperoni (optional)

  1. Preheat the waffle maker according to manufacturer instructions. Preheat the oven to 400. I use the Dash Mini Waffle Maker. Order here:

  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix together egg, cheese, garlic, and herbs. Stir until well combined.

  3. If using a mini waffle maker, pour one half of the waffle batter into the waffle maker. (Use all of the batter for a large Belgian waffle maker.)

  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the second half of the batter.

  5. Top the chaffle crusts with tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Place on a small baking sheet and bake in the oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
