Pesto Shrimp Pasta

This is a decadent, creamy, delicious meal! You feel like you're indulging but it's CLEAN & WW friendly!!

I LOVE Pesto (well Basil in general!!) and this dish doesn't disappoint!! who would've thought you could have Pesto & Pasta on WW!! Yum!

RECIPE:

1 8oz package of Fiber Gourmet Pasta - to order: https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549

1 cup fresh Basil leaves

1/4 Pesto of choice

1 clove Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 8oz package Snap Peas

1 bag Shrimp


Cook pasta per package instructions. Drain and set aside.


In a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, cook snap peas for about 3 minutes. Add shrimp, garlic and salt and cook until the shrimp is bright pink and cooked through. Stir in pesto, combine. Add in pasta- stir. Serve and enjoy!
