This salad is KILLER!!! I just threw it together and it's DELISH!!

I just found my NEW favorite salad!! It was so decedent and filling!! Loads of protein and healthy fats to keep you full and satisifed!! YUM!!!!
RECIPE:
2 big handfuls of your favorite greens
1 ounce of Blue Cheese Crumbles
1 tablespoon Sunflower Seeds
46g Avocado
3 pieces (1.5 servings) New Chick on the Block Spicy-ish Chicken Tenders (I air fried mine)
Dressing:
1 teaspoon Avocado Oil
2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon Stone Ground Mustard
Salt & Pepper - to taste
Mix all of the dressing ingridients together and add to prepared salad. Enjoy!
