Jalapeno Popper Chicken

OMG coming from a girl who doesn't like spicy food- this chicken is FIRE!! So good!

Bacon, cheese, chicken and a bit of a kick! A MUST make recipe for lunch or dinner!

1 pound Chicken Breasts

1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder

8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese

1/2 cup Almond milk or Low-Fat Milk

5-6 jalapeños- seeded and diced

1 cup light shredded Cheese

6 slices bacon- chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Place the chicken in the bottom of the baking dish in a single layer, leaving safe between the chicken.

  3. Mix together the garlic powder, cream cheese and milk. Pour over the chicken and top with the jalapeños and cheese.

  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

  5. Top with bacon crumbles and serve!
