This chicken salad is AMAZING!! So full or flavor and very versatile!

RECIPE:
1 large can of chicken (you can also use rotisserie or shredded chicken)
3 tablespoons light mayo
2 green onions - chopped
1/3 cup fresh parsley- chopped
1/4 cup light shredded mozzarella cheese
salt & pepper
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Add chicken to a medium bowl and shred to a fine consistency. Add mayo, green onions, parsley and seasonings and mix. Add mozzarella cheese and mix to combine.
Add to your favorite wrap, lettuce wrap, bread or eat it with crackers! The perfect lunch meal prep!
