Grilled Chicken Fajita Hoagies

These are SO good!! The perfect lunch or dinner and super easy to make!

Put the fajita chicken and veggies in a wrap, on a salad or a hoagie! Delish!

RECIPE:

1 pound chicken breast or tenderloin

1 fajita seasoning packet

1 bell pepper

1 onion

1 tablespoon oil

1/4 cup water

nonstick cooking spray

salt & pepper

hoagie rolls


Add chicken to a bowl with fajita seasoning packet, water & oil. Cut pepper and onion in strips.


Fry up the pepper and onion. Season with salt & pepper. Grill chicken until cooked through at 450 for about 10-15 minutes.


Assemble sandwiches and enjoy!
