Feta & Sundried Tomato Turkey Meatloaf

ABSOLUTELY delicious, filling, full of protein and WW friendly!

The feta makes this meatloaf SO moist and of course cheesy!! Must make!!

1 pound 99% Ground Turkey

1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

1/3 cup fresh Parsley-chopped (1-2 tablespoons dried)

1/4 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes- roughly chopped

3 cloves Garlic- minced

2 Egg Whites

1 tablespoons Almond Milk

1/2 cup Feta- crumbled

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x5" pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey. Stir to combine fully and add in ground turkey and gently mix.

Pack meat mixture into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
