Easy Ground Beef Casserole

EASY dinner recipe and DELISH!! Family friendly!

1 pound 93/7 Ground Beef

15 ounce can of Veg-All Mixed Vegetables

1 package Fiber Gourmet pasta - to order:

1/4 cup Onion- chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

8 ounces Light Shredded Cheese


3 tablespoons Butter (I used the Melt Butter)

1/4 cup Flour

1 cup low-fat Milk

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles per package instructions. Drain & Rinse.

Brown ground beef and onion- drain grease.

Melt butter, mix in flour and milk to make sauce.

Add sauce, 4oz cheese, veggies and noodles together with ground beef and put in a 9x13 greased baking dish.

Top with 4 ounces shredded cheese. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
