Easy Crockpot Lemon Chicken Orzo

This soup is SO easy, absolutely delicious and super high in protein!

Top with Feta for a flavor packed soup!! Makes GREAT leftovers!!!

*Sauté 1/2 yellow onion diced with 2Tbs of minced garlic (I use spray avocado oil for 0 points), add to crockpot with:

*2 raw chicken breasts, boneless skinless (around 1.5lbs)

*4 Cups chicken broth

(cook on low for 6 hours. After 6 hours, shred chicken and place back in the crockpot. Add remaining ingredients below)

*30 min before serving, add Trader Joe's Mediterranean style orzo pasta salad (full container, available in prepared salads section of store) and juice of 1 lemon

Serve topped with shredded spinach and 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese.
