Crispy Orange Beef

WAY better then takeout!! AND WW friendly- ohhhh and DELISH!!

Sticky-crispy-sweet orange beef that's ready in 25 minutes!!

RECIPE:

1 tablespoon Oil

1 pound lean Beef

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Juice of 2 fresh Oranges

Zest of half an Orange

3 tablespoons Sugar Alternative

5 tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 cloves Garlic- minced

1 teaspoon Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar

1 Red Bell Pepper- diced

1 Onion- diced


**Serve with rice if desired- points not included**


Add oil to a skillet and heat until hot. Add beef and cook until mostly cooked through. Remove the beef but leave the dripping in the pan.


While the beef is cooking, in a bowl, mix the orange juice, zest, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and rice vinegar. Set aside.


After the beef is removed from the pan, add peppers and onions and sauté until softened. Add the sauce and allow to come to a boil. Once thickened (add cornstarch if needed) add back in the beef. Mix and serve hot! Enjoy!
