Cinnamon Rolls

Ooey gooey Cinnamon Rolls- just like Cinnabon- but BETTER!!!

Absolutely incredible!! You'll never know these are WW friendly and low calorie!

(1) 1/4 oz packet of active-dry Yeast

1 cup low-fat, warm Milk

1/2 cup Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener (to order-

1/3 cup light Butter- softened

1 teaspoon Salt

2 Eggs

4 cups Flour

Cinnamon Roll Filling:

3 tablespoons Cinnamon

1/3 cup light Butter- softened

Cinnabon Icing:

6 tablespoons light Butter

1 1/2 cups Lakanto Powdered Sugar (to order: (to order:

1/4 cup low-fat Cream Cheese- softened

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/8 teaspoon Salt

To start the rolls, dissolve the yeast in the warm milk.

In a separate bowl, add sugar, butter, salt, eggs & flour. Mix well.

Pour the milk/yeast mixture and mix well using dough hook on stand mixer or with spoon. Oil a bowl, put in dough ball and cover with a tea towel. Put in a warm place for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.

Roll the dough out on a silicone mat or floured surface until it is approx. 16-18" long and 1/2" thick.

To make the filling- combine the butter, brown sugar an cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly over the rolled out dough leaving about 1/4" of the edge bare.

From the long edge, roll the dough and then cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Place the rolls on an oiled baking sheet, cover with a moist tea towel and allow to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to cool and frost. Be ready to taste these AH-MAZING cinnamon rolls!!
