Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole

One of our all time FAVORITE recipes!! A GREAT way to sneak in those veggies!!

Serious goodness in this dish! Don't skip the french fried onions because they make the dish!!

RECIPE:

3-4 Chicken Breast cooked and diced

1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup

1 small chopped Onion

1/2 cup light Mayo

1 can French Style Green Beans

1 can Water Chestnuts- diced

1 large jar Pimentos- diced

1 box Uncle Bens Seasoned Wild Rice Mix

1 can Chicken Broth

1/2 can French Fried Onions


Cook the rice per package directions in the chicken broth. Add water if needed.


Add remaining ingredients into a large. Add in rice and stir.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with french fried onions.


Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Remove foil halfway through the cooking time so the topping can brown.
