Chicken Patties

Get that fried chicken patty vibe with these homemade chicken patties!!

Packed with protein and not only healthy but really easy to make and delicious!!

RECIPE: 1 pound 96-98% ground chicken

1 cup flour

2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

1 egg

2 green onions, minced

1 teaspoon fresh dill

1 teaspoon fresh parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper



  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

  2. Use a medium cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture into your hand. Gently flatten each ball into a patty.

  3. Heat a large heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Add the chicken patties to the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes per side.

  5. Serve immediately.
