Chicken & Leek Pie

Tender chunks of chicken in a creamy sauce topped with mashed potatoes! Yum!

So creamy and delicious!! Packed with cheese, protein and veggies!! A must make recipe!


1 pound Chicken breast - cut in to small chunks

2 Leeks - sliced

2 Garlic clove - crushed

1 cups Creme fraiche

1 cup light shredded cheese

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 package premade mashed potatoes

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.

  • Spray pan and add Chicken breast. Cook for 3 minutes. Add 2 Leeks and 2 Garlic cloveand cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

  • Take the chicken off the heat and addCreme fraiche, 1/2 the cheese & 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and season. Mix well.

  • Put the chicken and leek mixture into a baking dish.

  • Top with mashed potatoes and rest of cheese.

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
