Cheeseburger Crunch Wrap

Super easy to make and tastes better then going out to eat!!! Yum!

Only 10 minutes of prep and so easy to make! Family & kid approved!

RECIPE:

  • 1 pound 96% ground beef

  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 4 large, 10-inch low-carb tortillas (1-2 points)

  • 4 slices cheese (I used Velvet)

  • No sugar added ketchup

  • mustard

  • dill pickle and red onion slices

  • shredded lettuce

  • olive oil spray

  • Center Cut bacon if desired


  • Make 4 patties. Spray a skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the burgers and cook 5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.

  • Wipe clean and spray with oil, keep heated over medium-low heat.

  • Place the burger in the center of the wrap followed by the cheese, pickles, onion, ketchup, mustard and lettuce. Fold the sides over to crunch wrap it by folding the sides over each other. *You can add the lettuce, tomatoes etc after cooking*

  • Place on the hot skillet, folded side down. Cook until browned, 1 to 2 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until browned and crisp, 1 to 2 minutes more.
