Full recipe shown in my YouTube video below!

RECIPE:

Nonstick cooking spray

1 pound 93/7 Ground Turkey

1 Egg

2 tablespoons dried Parsley (or 1/4 cup fresh)

3/4 dry Breadcrumbs (I used 8 Simple Mills Crackers)

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

3/4 cup Shredded Cheese (I used Organic Mexican Blend)

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray mini loaf pans (or large loaf pan) with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Combine turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley in large bowl. Mix well. Divide 1/2 of the meat mixture evenly into mini loaf pans and press down. Top with 1/2 the shredded cheese. Add the other 1/2 of the meat mixture and press down. Top with the remaining cheese.

3. Bake until cooked through (mine took about 20 minutes).

6 loaves - 4sp (all plans) w/99% Turkey: 3sp (blue & purple) 4sp (green)
