Caprese Meatballs

Low carb and absolutely delicious and full of cheesiness!!!

Pair these delicious meatballs with potatoes, rice and a side of veggies! Full of flavor!

1 pound 99% Ground Turkey

1/2 cup (3oz) Mozzarella- diced

1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes- diced

1 tablespoon Oil

2 tablespoons fresh Basil- finely chopped

1/4 cup Flour

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Add a piece of parchment paper to a baking sheet. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix until combined.

Roll into balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
