Buffalo Turkey Burgers

Low calorie, low point and really good!! Serve on a bun or lettuce wrap!

Taste just like buffalo wings, but healthier! Even comes with the blue cheese!!!

RECIPE:

1 pound 99% Ground Turkey

1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce


SAUCE:

4 tablespoons Reduced Fat Sour Cream

4 tablespoons Crumbled Blue Cheese

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce


Bun of choice. Zero point toppings of choice.


Combine ground turkey and buffalo sauce and form into 4 patties. Cook through.


In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, blue cheese and worcestershire sauce. Divide into 4 servings.


Top burger with sauce and your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
