  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce divided- no sugar added

  • 12 oz green beans washed, ends trimmed if you prefer

  • Cook sweet potatoes- you can cook your sweet potatoes using your favorite method. To steam, add 2 cups of water to a pot, place a steamer basket on top, and place the sweet potatoes into the steamer basket. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are fork-tender.

  • Mash sweet potatoes- When cooked through, remove skins and mash the sweet potatoes with salt and butter.

  • Bake- Roll into meatballs. Bake for 20 minutes, then brush tops with ¼ cup more BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

  • Steam green beans- Steam in a covered dish in the microwave or on the stove top for 5 minutes or until tender crisp.

  • Portion- Divide the meatballs, mashed sweet potatoes and steamed green beans between four meal prep containers. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
