Baked Pasta

Total comfort food!!! Full of flavor, protein, fiber and veggies! 10/10!!


Cheesy goodness! A large serving for the points and calories! Veggie snuck in to boot!

RECIPE:

1 pound 96% ground beef

1 box Fiber Gourmet Pasta - to order: https://www.netrition.com/jennswwjourney

1 jar 0 point marinara

2 zucchini - diced

1 bell pepper- diced

1 onion - diced

1 package sliced mushrooms

Garlic powder

salt & pepper- to taste

1 cup light shredded mozzarella


Cook pasta. Add veggies to a skillet- season with garlic powder and salt/pepper and saute until al dente. Remove from the pan and add groud beef. Brown then add back in veggies for 2-3 minutes. Add marinara sauce and pasta. Stir to combine and warm though- about 5 minutes.


Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and add pasta mixtures. Spread evenly an top with cheese. Bake at 475 for 35-30 minutes.
