Air Fryer Steak Tips

Perfect little bites of steak!! Serve with potatoes and a veggie for a perfect meal!

Dip in your favorite sauce! Really good, juicy and full of protein!

RECIPE:

1/2 pound Potatoes- cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 pound Steak- cut into 1/2" pieces- pat dry

2 tablespoons Butter-melted

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Parsley to garnish


Heat a pot of boiling water and cook potatoes until al dente. Drain and set aside.


Combine steak tips and potatoes Toss with melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Add steak and potatoes in a single layer to the air fryer trays. Air fry for 10-18 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your taste and the potatoes are crispy.


Garnish with parsley, if desired.
