Air Fryer Ravioli

OMG I had no idea ravioli could get any better- but it CAN- in the air fryer!!!

Crispy, cheesy and seriously decadent!!

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

2 teaspoons dried Basil

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour

2 Eggs- lightly beaten

1 package (9 oz) Ravioli

1 cup marinara sauce (I used the skinnyish dish- recipe under sauces)

Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees. My FAV Air Fryer-

In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan and basil. Place flour and eggs in separate bowls. Dip ravioli in flour to coat- shake off any excess. Dip in eggs, then in breadcrumbs, patting to help the coating stick.

Arrange in a single layer on the air fryer rack and spritz with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown- about 3-4 minutes. Flip if necessary. Cook another 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with additional basil and parmesan, if desired. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
