Air Fryer Crab Cakes

These are SO good and SO low point & calorie friendly! Better then a restaurant!!!

Super easy to make and REALLY incredible!!! A definite MUST MAKE!!!

2 large Eggs

2 tablespoons light Mayo

1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Pepper to taste

1/4 cup finely chopped Green Onion

1 pound lump Crab meat

1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Combine the eggs, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire & old bay in a medium bowl & mix well. Add the green onions and mix. Add in the crab, stir. Add panko and mix thoroughly. Do not overmix so the crab stays in chink form.

Cover the crab cake mixture & place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Shape into approximately 8 crab cakes about 1" thick. Do not pack too tightly.

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees. Once warmed- gently place the the crab cakes into the air fryer and air fryer for 10 minutes. Flip the crab cakes after 5 minutes.

Serve warm with lemon wedges!
