Air Fryer Apple Fritters

These yummy apple fritters can be made in less then 30 minutes and they are DELISH!!

Add a little Vanilla ice cream and this would be an AMAZING dessert! Pair with Eggs for Breakfast!

RECIPE:

Cooking Spray

1 cup All Purpose Flour

1/4 cup granulated Monkfruit or no calorie sweetener plus 2 tablespoons

1/4 cup Almond Milk

1 Egg

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

Pinch of Salt

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Apples- peeled and cored


Glaze:

1/2 cup Powdered Monkfruit or no calorie sweetener

1 tablespoon Almond Milk

1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, milk, egg, baking powder and salt together in a small bowl. Stir until combined.


Mix 2 tablespoons sugar with cinnamon in a bowl. Add apples and stir to cover in cinnamon & sugar mix. Add apples to dough mix and combine.


Roll into 4 equal dough balls and add to air fryer tray. Air fryer until crispy- 5 to 10 minutes.


While fritters are in the air fryer- mix powdered sugar, milk and cinnamon together in a bowl to make a glaze.


Once fritters are done and cooled- drizzle with glaze & enjoy!
