1 pound 99% Ground Turkey
2 medium zucchini- grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Spaghetti Squash
Marinara Sauce (I used the Skinnyish Dish Crockpot Marinara- recipe under sauces)
Set oven to broil. In a large bowl, combine turkey, zucchini, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, oregano and pepper. Mix well and form 4 equal sized patties. Put patties on a foil lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Places burger under broiler for 7 minutes. Carefully flip each burger and broil an additional 7 minutes. Serve Warm.
Shred cooked Spaghetti Squash with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
Warm up marinara (I used the Skinnyish Dish Crockpot Marinara- recipe under sauces).
Add 1/4th of the squash to a plate, top with turkey burger and cover with marinara. Add parmesan cheese (add the points!) if desired. Enjoy!
