The BEST Protein Brownies

Healthy protein packed brownies that are SERIOUSLY incredible!! A must try!

Ultra rich and fudge overlord! Topped with chocolate chips makes these brownies!!

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1/3 cup protein powder - I used Motiv8 Chocolate. To order: Use the code JENNSWWJOURNEY for 20% off!

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/3 unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 eggs

  • 2/3 cup Lakanto granulated - to order: 15% off with the code- JENNSWWJOURNEY

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 200 Lily's chocolate chips (150 mixed in and 50 to top the brownies)

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch pan, or line it with parchment. Stir all ingredients well. Spread into the pan, using a second sheet of parchment if needed to press down evenly. Bake 20 minutes, then let cool. They continue to firm up as they cool and also firm up even more if you very loosely cover and refrigerate overnight. Frost if desired.
