Peanut Butter Pie

10/10!! This pie doesn't disappoint!! Absolutely DELISH!!!

This pie is FIRE!!! WW friendly and a crowd pleaser!!!

1 Graham Cracker Crust

1 cup PB2

3/4 cup water

2 medium RIPE bananas

3 tablespoons Nut Milk

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1/4 teaspoon Salt

4 servings (56g) Lily's Chocolate Chips

In a medium bowl, add PB2 and water until desired consistency. Add bananas, milk, vanilla & salt. Mix with hand mixer (or use a food processor) and mix until smooth.

Pour mixture into pie shells and smooth out with the back of spoon. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cover with saran wrap and put in the freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen.

Thaw on counter for 30 minutes before slicing & serving. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
