Monster Trail Mix Bites

If you love monster cookies, you'll LOVE this energy bites! Delish!!

Sweet & salty goodness!! Clean ingredients (except M&M's) and really really satisfying!

RECIPE:

1 c. old-fashioned rolled oats

120 Lily's chocolate chips

1/4 c. chopped peanuts

1/4 c. raisins

1/4 c. Mini M&Ms

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, melted

1 tbsp. honey

kosher salt


  1. In a large bowl, stir together oats, chocolate chips, peanuts, mini M&Ms, melted peanut butter, and honey and season with salt.

  2. Stir together until completely combined, then scoop into tablespoon-size balls and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 2 hours.
