High Protein Berry Crumble

Super easy to make! Can be a single serving or make as many servings as you want!

You'll NEVER guess there's protein in this crumble! So fresh, sweet and delicious!

RECIPE:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon Lakanto Granulated (to order: https://bit.ly/3cRLTbg

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts of your choice (I used Walnuts)


  • Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

  • Place berries in a small Pyrex oven dish and sprinkle the Lakanto on top.

  • Mix together the Devotion protein powder, oats, and lemon juice. It will be fairly dry. Chop the nuts into small pieces and mix them with the crumble.

  • Spread the crumble on top of the berries.

  • Bake for 15 min, then set the oven to broil and bake the crumble for another 1-2 minutes until the top is slightly golden.

  • Take out of the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
