Crispy Peanut Butter Cups

1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (room temp)
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
1 Lily's Baking Chocolate Bar (I buy mine from Thrive- https://www.jdoqocy.com/click-9256523-13925903

1/2 cup crunchy Cereal of your choice
Mix together the PB, syrup and coconut flour.
In a microwavable bowl, melt chocolate. Stir every 30 seconds until melted.
Add cereal to melted chocolate and stir to combine. Add chocolate mixture to the bottom of a silicone muffin pan or greased tin muffin pan. Pat down to form a crust.
Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Add PB mixture to the top of the frozen chocolate base and press down. If desired, top with a couple of Lily's chocolate chips and press into the PB mixture. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pop out of the muffin pan and store in fridge. Enjoy!!!
