Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowl

Why eat plain cottage cheese when you can have a Breakfast bowl?? So good!

Filled with nuts of healthy fat, berries for a good for you carb and cottage cheese for protein!!

RECIPE:

  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 1/2 cup raspberries (or fruit of your choice)

  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and enjoy!
