RECIPE:
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup raspberries (or fruit of your choice)
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a bowl and enjoy!
