Cinnamon Roll Bread

Literally like a cinnamon roll- gooey gooey and absolutely delicious!!

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Bread Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Lakanto

  • 1/4 cup light butter, softened

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup whole milk

  • 2 cups all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg or cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • a pinch of salt (optional)


  • 4 tbsp powdered Lakanto

  • 2 tbsp whole milk

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F

  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar alternative with cinnamon and mix, set aside.

  3. Beat butter with eggs and 1/4 cup sugar substitute. Add whole milk and mix.

  4. Add vanilla extract, almond flour, nutmeg, baking powder, salt and stir until combined, do not stir for a long time.

  5. Put half the dough in the prepared greased or lined with parchment paper loaf pan. Sprinkle 3/4 of the total amount of sugar alternative with cinnamon mixture

  6. Put the remaining dough, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture

  7. Bake from 30 to 40 minutes. Let the bread set in pan for about 15 minutes.

  8. Make icing. Mix powdered sugar substitute and whole milk.

  9. Pour icing on the cooled bread

  10. Serve and enjoy
