RECIPE:
Topping:
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
1 tablespoon Flour
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Butter- melted
Filling:
1 1/2 cups diced Apples (I used 5 small apples)
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Cornstarch
Crust:
1/3 cup Flour
1/8 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8th teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Butter- melted
1 tablespoon Milk of choice
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add of the topping ingredients to a small bowl and combine.
Add all of the filling ingredients to a medium bowl and stir to mix.
Add all crust ingredients to a small bowl nd stir to combine.
Press the crust evenly to the baking dish. Add apple mixture. Add topping mixture to the apples.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cut into 8 bars and ENJOY!!
