Air Fryer Biscuit Bombs

Really unique and fun breakfast!! Use any fillings you'd like!!

Sausage, cheese and eggs make this a protein packed breakfast!! Yum!

RECIPE:

10 links Jones Turkey Sausage- cut into bite size pieces

2 eggs- beaten

1/8th teaspoon Salt

1/8th teaspoon Pepper

1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart Baking Mix

4 light Laughing Cow cheese wedges


Scramble eggs and set aside. Mix biscuit mix with water or milk and stir until dough in formed. Roll out 4 balls, flatten. Add wedge of cheese, sausage and egg. Fold dough around the filling and form into a ball. Repeat for all 4 bombs.


Add to air fryer and spray the tops with nonstick cooking spray. Air fry until golden brown and dough is cooked completely through. 10-15 minutes.
