Add your favorite frozen fruit to change it up!! You'll never know it's made from cottage cheese!
RECIPE:
1/2 - 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen fruit of choice (use equal parts cottage cheese and fruit)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8-/14 cup water
2 packets sweetener (2 teaspoons)
Add everything to a blender and blended until a thick mousse like consistency. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit and enjoy!
