Italian Sausage Sheet Pan

SO easy! Simply chop, add to sheet pan, bake and DONE!! Did I mention DELISH?!

Healthy, clean eating and really yummy! Easy lunch or dinner- only 1 pan clean up!!!

4 Sausage Links (mine were 4sp each-adjust overall points for the sausage you choose)

1 small Onion- sliced into wedges

1 medium Zucchini- sliced into coins

1 large handful Baby Bell Peppers- chopped in half and seeds removed

8oz Mushrooms- cut in half

4 cloves Garlic

1 tablespoon Oil

1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon Salt

4 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (1 tablespoon per serving)

Preheat oven to 425. Line your baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Cut all veggies and cut sausage links into 4 pieces each link. Add veggies to sheet pan, top with sausage links. Season with Italian Seasoning and drizzle 1 tablespoon over sheet pan.

Bake until roasted. Top with 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese and ENJOY!!
