Healthy Zucchini Bread

This zucchini bread is SO moist and full of real food and clean ingredients!

Seriously, you MUST make this bread- it's to DIE for!!! Even husband APPROVED!!

1.75 cups White What Flour (or flour of choice)

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon DAKS Pumpkin Spice -to order:

1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

2 Eggs

1/3 cup Unsweetened Applesauce

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Almond Milk

1.5 cups shredded/zested Zucchini

1/2 cup chopped Walnuts

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease a 9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Grate/zest zucchini and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon D,AKS pumpkin spice & coconut sugar. Stir to combine.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, milk & vanilla extract. Whisk together and pour into dry ingredients. Stir to combine.

Add zucchini and walnuts and stir to combine.

Pour better into baking dish and bake for 50 minute or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool & enjoy!!
