Healthy Egg Bake

Packed full of protein and veggies!! Easy to prepare and makes a GREAT meal prep!

Change up your veggies to change the flavors!! Try ham & cheese, turkey & Swiss....endless possibilities!

8 eggs

7 Egg whites

1 cups sliced mushrooms (chopped)

2 cups chopped spinach

1/4 cup chopped basil

3/4 cup shredded carrots

1 stalk green onions- chopped

2 ounces ham- diced

6 oz turkey- diced

1 cup light shredded cheese

Onion salt or salt


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Chop veggies, ham and turkey. Add to a medium bowl.

  3. Mix eggs and seasonings and whisk until combined.

  4. Add veggies/meat mixture to eggs.

  5. Add to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
