Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad

A simple chicken salad that's healthy and packed with flavor and protein! Yummy!

Rich in protein and fat to keep you full and meet your weght loss goals! Add your fav greens!


20 oz canned chicken in water

3/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/3 cup walnuts roughly chopped

1/3 cup dried cranberries low sugar

1 teaspoon tarragon

6 cups greens chopped or lettuce leaves

Drain the water from the canned chicken using a colander then transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl. 

Stir together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, tarragon, dried cranberries and walnuts. 

Divide the mixture into 4 meal prep containers (about 1 cup) then add 1 1/2 cups of greens to each. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
