Coconut Lime Oat Bars

These are summer in your mouth!! So good, full of clean ingredients & DELISH!!

Perfect summer treat!! All clean ingredients and a filling treat!!

RECIPE:

2 cups Oats- dry (quick cook preferred)

1 cup Nut Butter (I used the Kirkland Mixed Nut Butter)

1/2 cup Honey

1/2 cup Applesauce

1 cup Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)

2 medium Limes (zest from both limes and juice from one)





Preheat oven to 350.


Dry, roasted oats in oven without oil for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Set aside to cool. Keep oven at 350 degrees.


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined.


Spread the mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish. Smooth out to make even bars. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 24 bars. Allow to cool completely before serving.


24 Bars:

5sp (blue & green)

4sp (purple)
