Canned Chicken Nuggets

Don't let the canned chicken fool you- these are absolutely delish!!

Only 3 ingredients and seriously SO good and SO easy! Low carb....high protein....YES!

RECIPE:

(1) 12.5oz can of chicken breast

1 cup light shredded cheese

1 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)


Combine chicken, cheese and egg together. Roll into "nuggets" then roll into breadcrumbs (if using)

Air fry for 10 minutes!

4 Servings:

233 calories

5g fat

10g carbs

24g protein
