Blue Cheese Stuffed Buffalo Meatballs

OMG these are SO GOOD!! Just the right amount of heat!

Spicy yet super moist meatballs with PERFECT flavor!! I paired these with Roasted Veggies!

1 pound 93% Ground Chicken or Turkey

1 Egg

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely diced Onion

1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder

2 cloves crushed Garlic

1/4 cup chopped Parsley

2 ounces Blue Cheese- small pieces

3/4 cup & 1 tablespoon Wing Sauce (I used Franks)

1 teaspoon each of Salt & Pepper

Preheat oven t0 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, egg, bread crumbs, onion, onion powder, garlic & parsley, 1 tablespoon wing sauce, salt & pepper. Mix together

Grab a scoop of meat mixture and add blue cheese to the center and roll. Place on baking sheet.

Bake until meatballs are cooked through. Top with wing sauce and enjoy!
