These apple muffins are EVERYTHING!! And......we added Caramel!!

2 cups Rolled Oats
8 Medjool Dates- Pitted
1/2 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1-2 medium apples- diced (I used Granny Smith)
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
Lily's Butterscotch Chips (5 per muffin)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until batter is chunky.
Pour batter into a muffin tin. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops spring back when you press into them.
Add 5 butterscotch chips to the top of the warm muffin and press into place. Enjoy!
